It is Blue Burro’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our web sites and applications. Protection of Information You Provide to Blue Burro

When you use Blue Burro sites or applications on a beta, trial or paying basis, communicate with Blue Burro’s customer service, register on a site or send Blue Burro an email, you provide us with information that we collect. Such information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, cellphone number, credit card information, form default/profile information and information contained and collected in using our applications, and other information such as gender, occupation and other demographic information to help us improve your experience. By providing us with this information, you consent to your information being collected, used and stored by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may use information you provide us to send you an email regarding site status, activating and deactivating trials, encouraging use, subscriptions and renewals, providing status on system availability and updates, attempting to collect money owed, maintaining current credit card and other billing information, responding to requests for help, protect the rights and safety of Blue Burro and its personnel and other customers. We may disclose your information to our attorneys, and others advisors as reasonably required in connection with our business operations, and we may disclose your information to meet any legal requirement such as complying with a court order or otherwise as required by law enforcement agencies.

We may transfer your information in the event of selling some or all of Blue Burro to a third party. However, in such case, any acquirer will be subject to the provisions of this privacy policy.

Your Data - We never touch your form data

The data that you enter into FormLizard and Supplier Pro as an administrator or user, including forms, documents, answers to the interview questions, contract data, supplier performance data and user data is stored on secure servers. We do not use this data, sell this data, market this data, or share this data with any other party, nor do we use it for our own commercial purposes. This data is kept strictly confidential. Blue Burro employees may access customer data solely for the purpose of troubleshooting a problem, investigating a possible technical issue, or otherwise directly assisting that customer.

Safeguarding Your Data

To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. In addition, our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, such as the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC).

FormLizard users access and provide data via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to the server. Blue Burro accounts require username and password to log in. When you're finished using a Blue Burro site or application, please click the "log out" link in the top right corner of your screen, to prevent someone from using your computer to access your account. You must keep your username and password secure and not disclose it to a third party.

Due to the sensitive nature of your data, we do not re-send forgotten passwords. Users must follow online instructions to reset their passwords if they forget them. Passwords are maintained using SHA 256 bit encryption.

Account passwords are encrypted. We cannot see your passwords. We can only reset them.

Breach of Security

No company or system is totally safe from security breaches. In the event of a breach, we will notify you as soon as possible if a breach in security occurs which materially affects you or your users and will notify you of corrective actions taken.

Accuracy of Data

We do our best to keep your profile data accurate. If your data changes, such as your email address, then it is your responsibility to notify us of such a change so that we can keep our records up to date.

Aggregated Statistics

Blue Burro may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. This information is for internal use and will not be disclosed.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Blue Burro uses cookies to help Blue Burro identify and track visitors, their usage of Blue Burro website, and their website access preferences. Cookies must be allowed within your browser for you to use Blue Burro applications as their use is essential in maintaining server sessions and other data mangement purposes. For security purposes, we recommend the minimum browser security setting that allows use of cookies only to sites to which the end-user has navigated.

Blue Burro may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Blue Burro’s sole discretion. Blue Burro encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
