Completing an Interview

Answer the questions by placing your answer in the area provided below the question

- Questions with a red astirisk are required. You can skip them if you need to but you will not be able to complete the interview until they are answered.

If you are unsure about a question, click the blue question mark (if one is provided) for more information

At the bottom of the interview page are buttons for navigating through the interview

- Click the Back button to go to the previous page
- Click the Next button to go to the next page
- Click the Page Index button to go to the Table of Contents where you can then jump to another page

When you reach the final page, click the Finish button

Incomplete Interviews

- If you failed to answer a required question, when you click Finish, you will be presented with the above message. It will show you which pages still need to be completed.
- Select a page and click Start From Selected Page
- When you have filled in the missing information, go to the page index and jump to the final page to click Finish
