Creating a new account
Go to your instance of FormLizard and click the Create One link
Fill in your account information
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and a combination of letters and numbers
Answer the Account Field questions
- If the administrator has defined Account fields, you will see a section called Required Info. Answer these questions now and FormLizard will automatically answer them for you in future interviews.
- Check the box to accept the FormLizard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Click Create Account
