Creating New Interviews
To create a new interview, make sure that you are logged into the admin side of your instance and click the Interviews tab at the upper left

Click the Add New Interview button at the lower right of the window

-This will open the New Interview window
Name your interview, give it a description (optional), and select the forms that will be filled out by completing this interview

In the Available Forms box (1) you will see all of the forms that you have uploaded into FormLizard. To the right is the Selected Forms box (2). Move any form that you want completed in this interview from the Available Forms box to the Selected Forms box. You can drag and drop or use the buttons between the two boxes to move and order your forms.
When you are finished click next.
Auto Distribute
-The easiest way to create an interview is to use the Auto Distribute feature.
-On the right you will see all of fields that will be filled out in your interview.
-When you click the Auto Distribute button you will be asked how many questions you want per page. FormLizard will do the rest.
-Once the interview has been created you can edit it to your liking.
If you want to create the interview from scratch you must first add a page

-Clicking the Add button will open a window where you can name the page and give it a description.
-Drag the fields you want on that page from the list on the right.
-If you want to edit or delete existing pages use the Edit and Delete buttons next to the Add button.
When you have completed setting up the interview click the Finish button
Preview your interview
- Once your interview is complete, you can click the Preview button to see what the person filling out the interview would see.
Activate your interview
- If you are satisfied with your interview click the activate button to make it visible on the end-user side of your FormLizard instance.
