Uploading Forms into FormLizard
Make sure you have tagged your form and saved as an RTF
See the "Preparing a document for uploading in FormLizard" lesson.
Click the "Add New Form" button at the bottom right of the screen
-This will bring up the "Upload a Form" window.
Click "Browse," select the file you want to upload, click "Upload"
