We've worked hard to make FormLizard easy. Most people are up and going in 10 minutes or less.

Start with your current documents. Add tags using your word processor, save as an RTF file and upload. FormLizard reads those tags and creates fields automatically. Get started with the basics, and add more features as you need them.

Online interviews,
not online forms

With FormLizard there are no forms to fill out. Simply answer questions online. FormLizard uses the answers to complete documents for you. Answer a question just once, even if the same information is needed on several documents. One interview can complete many documents, such as a set of forms in a registration packet, or new employee package, or a service contract with multiple attachments. You can also control which interview answers are required, so no more incomplete forms.

We built FormLizard to work in the real world where people get interrupted: stop anytime in an interview and resume later. You can even take an old interview and start a new one with the old answers—change what you need and you are done (think of the time saved editing status reports, or preparing those quarterlry updates).

Share interviews for team collaboration and approvals

With six billion people on the planet, you may need to share an interview with one or more of them. Use FormLizard's Interview Sharing and with just a click, you're sharing your interview answers with other users. They can add more answers, edit what you entered, or walk over to your desk and tell you "great job." Add team members to the interview and let them add others. All with a simple interface and no need to build complex workflows.

It's pretty easy to see what is not a best practice; handing a new customer a form to fill out, or an off the shelf contract with hand-written entries. We live in a connected world and so does FormLizard. Export completed documents to your GoogleDocs account with just a click. Or, send it to your RightSignature account to electronically sign the documement, or to box.net for cloud storage. Open your completed documents in any word processor (RTF format), or download as a PDF. Export the interview data and open it in Excel, or import it into other applications. There is even an API so developers can securely access FormLizard data and functions from within their applications.

Help button for each question

Each interview question can have as much or as little guidance neatly included. One click of the question mark button, and the guidance is nicely displayed. This means you get correct, compliant, and complete information.

Conditional Fields

Conditional fields allow you to insert a document in another document based on how an interview question is answered. What did you just say, conditionaly insert clauses or forms into another document? Yes, conditionally insert clauses into contracts or add sections to forms based on interview answers. Formatting, including paragraph numbering, page numbering, table of contents, etc. is automatically handled.
